2018: Delahunty is a member of the Subiaco leadership group in 2018.
2017: Delahunty had his best season in his fourth season for the Lions, with his consistency rewarded with a runner up finish in the 2017 Outridge Medal count. Delahunty also had his best finish in a Sandover medal count, finishing seventh. Delahunty led the ruck for much of the season, but also showed his versatility as a forward option kicking 16 goals. Delahunty had 19 possessions and 18 hitouts in the WAFL Grand Final. Delahunty was a part of the history making WA side that defeated Victoria during May.
2016: Delahunty started the season dominantly before a back injury kept him sidelined from Round 13. The versatile Victorian returned for the finals series and provided two crucial performances for the Lions in the post-season.
